Punflay, a brand of Emantras plans on releasing two new iPad apps for the preschool audience. Kandy Fish, a 3D animated picture book is first in their line of interactive picture books, aimed at preschoolers. It consists of a school of seven fish that teach concepts of colors, shapes and directions through an animated video. It has been totally focused on kids’ preferences such as, minimal text with voiceover and music of the story. There are simple activities at the end to stimulate learning and curiosity.

Their other app, Rhymes for Tots has also been designed for kids 3 years and older, which consists of three popular nursery rhymes, Humpty Dumpty, Jack and Jill and Hickory Dickory Dock each with activities related to memory, concentration and spatial visualization abilities. Kids can sing along and watch animated videos of these rhymes. Each rhyme comes with puzzles, join the dots, memory match and coloring activities to enhance the learning experience.
