As I always say, till date, we haven’t see and Apple hardware or software product in our own eyes, up to that date, we are going to receive the rumors associated with it. Here comes another that’s related to the iOS 5. Actually, FutureTap, an iOS developer has received a crash report that reveals Apple is currently field testing the next major iOS firmware release using third party apps from the App Store. Actually, FutureTap discloses a crash log from an iOS device running iOS 5. Let’s have more information on this from below.

Apple Testing iOS 5 with Third Party apps

Just received the first iOS 5.0 crash report. MKUserLocationBreadCrumb sounds interesting.

Actually, FutureTap followed up the message with the above screenshot of the crash log, highlighting the “MKUserLocationBreadCrumb” API. MKUserLocation is part of the iOS MapKit Framework, that’s used to find your device’s current location; while the “BreadCrumb” element is said to suggest a new tracking feature.

Well, it seems that the new feature has something to do with the new mapping technology that Apple revealed it was working on a press release yesterday, so, it isn’t expected to appear as a finished product for another couple of years.

According to some previous reports, the iOS 5 is going to be released in the WWDC event that is going to be held on June. So, what do you think on this? Just don’t forget to share your views and comments on this with us.
