New day, new utility in Cydia! Well, introducing a new Cydia utility, called, DisableSshd, which allows you to select whether you want to boot up with SSH enabled or disabled, instead of always having to boot up with SSH enabled. Actually, the newly released DisableSshd Cydia utility is for those who like to keep the “Alpine” default password for OpenSSH for whatever reason.

DisableSshd Cydia Utility

This new DisableSshd Cydia utility has been created by tylerd and it’s really a useful Cydia utility for those who have installed OpenSSH on their iPhones.

As other Cydia tweaks, the DisableSshd Cydia utility also requires a jailbroken iOS device to run on. Well, if you haven’t already, then, you can follow our step by step guidelines posted to jailbreak your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch on iOS 4.1 using either GreenPois0n here or Limera1n here, and on iOS 4.2.1 using PwnageTool 4.2 here, and on iOS 4.3.2 using Redsn0w 0.9.6RC13 here.

Hence, if you are interested in this DisableSshd Cydia utility, then you can grab it freely from the Cydia Store via BigBoss repository. Also, after getting this tweak, just don’t forget to share your views and comments on this with us.
