Dell Latitude XT-3 Convertible Tablet Starts Ship in July, 2011

Alongside the Dell Streak Pro Honeycomb tablet and Dell Latitude ST Windows 7 tablet, Dell is going to release a new convertible Windows 7 powered tablet called as the Dell Latitude XT-3. The new Dell Latitude XT-3 convertible tablet packs a physical keyboard and users will be able to twist and turn the display, so as to switch between the tablet and notebook form factors. This new convertible tablet runs on Windows 7 operating system and powered by the choices of Intel Core i3, Core i5 or Core i7 processor. Beside these, it’s featuring a 13-inch display that’s supports for multitouch with both finger and active pen support.

  • Powered by an Intel Core i3, Core i5 or Core i7 processor
  • Up to 4 GB of RAM (random access memory)
  • 13-inch display with 1,920 x 1,080 pixels resolution
  • Multitouch panel with both finger and active pen support
  • Capable of up to 1,080p HD video capability
  • HDMI output, and USB ports
  • Ethernet, WiFi, and Bluetooth
  • Ssmart card reader and several security features
  • Fingerprint reader and a Bit Locker

Dell plans to release the first Dell Latitude XT-3 convertible tablet sometime during the month of July, 2011. But unfortunately, there is no information on price of the new Dell Latitude XT-3 convertible tablet at moment.
